1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClinFolio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClinFolio is a clinical activity logbook platform that allows healthcare professionals to log de-identified clinical activities, request supervisor sign-offs, and generate portfolio reports. ClinFolio is not an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and does not store patient-identifiable information.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must ensure all log entries are properly de-identified before submission. The mandatory attestation must be truthfully acknowledged.
  • You must not upload media containing patient-identifiable information.
  • You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

4. Accounts & Access

You must be a registered user to access the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or pose a security risk.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

ClinFolio offers Free and Premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

The ClinFolio platform, branding, and software are the intellectual property of ClinFolio. You retain ownership of the clinical activity data you enter into the platform. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClinFolio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any clinical decisions made based on data logged in the platform. ClinFolio is a documentation tool and does not provide medical advice.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of ClinFolio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time through Account Settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
