Click "Add Logbook Entry", select a category (Procedure, Clinic, Admission, etc.), fill in the details including title, date, specialty, and your role. Confirm the de-identification attestation and save.

You can log entries across 12 categories: Procedures, Clinics, Admissions, MDT Meetings, CPD/CME, Teaching, Research, Reflective Practice, Echo, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, and Audit/QI.

Yes, you can edit entries while they are in draft status. Once an entry is submitted and approved by a supervisor, it is locked to preserve audit integrity.

Open the entry detail page, click "Upload File" in the Attachments section, confirm the de-identification attestation checkbox, and choose your file. Images, videos, and PDFs are supported.

First submit your log entry, then on the entry detail page find the "Supervisor Sign-off" section. Search for your supervisor by email, add an optional message, and click "Request Sign-off".

A supervisor can approve, reject, or request changes to your entry. They can also add comments and assign a competency rating.

Yes, you can search for any registered supervisor by their email address and request a sign-off from them.

No. ClinFolio never stores patient identifiers. Every log entry must pass a de-identification attestation confirming that no patient-identifying information is included.

It is a mandatory confirmation that your entry contains no patient names, dates of birth, hospital numbers, or addresses. You must check this attestation before saving any entry.

Yes. Every change to every entry is recorded in an immutable audit log with timestamps, actor information, and details of what was modified.

Yes. All users can export portfolio evidence (CSV/PDF) and request account deletion from Account Settings, which permanently removes account data.

Go to the Reports section, select a date range and optional type filter, then click "Generate Report". Your PDF will be created and available for download.

Reports include an entry summary table, supervisor approvals, competency ratings, and breakdowns by date and specialty for the selected period.

ClinFolio uses one simple plan: $5/month equivalent, paid by bank transfer. Currency is auto-detected by location, and you can manually choose AED.

Yes. You can request a demo and start using the platform, then pay monthly by bank transfer if you like the service.
